If the technical annexes are in conflict with the tendering document, the tendering document shall prevail. 2)Similar equipment shall have been supplied in China domestic at least 200 pieces in recent 3 years, and shall provide the evidence of stable operation of at least 3 pieces of the equipment (copy of the contract and the user’s evidence). 3)The Bidder shall be a manufacturer that has the qualification and capacity of designing, manufacturing and forming a complete set of the test equipment or the one and only agent authorized by the manufacturer for this project (the relevant certificate shall be provided). 4)The enterprise qualification documents provided by the Bidder shall be complete, including certificates of conformity (ISO9001 or equivalent), and all enterprise information shall be authentic and effective.
