3.Qualification Requirements For Bidder

Qualifications or Performance：The Joint Venture: will not be accepted. The bidder must be the Good’s manufacturer or the agent directly authorized by the Goods’ manufacturer, the authorization material must be provided, otherwise the bid will be rejected. Meanwhile, the same Goods’ manufacturer and agent are not allowed to participate in the bidding for the same goods. Otherwise, the bid will be rejected. The winning bidders must be the contract party and have the ability to fulfill foreign trade contract with purchaser if offering Goods from outside PRC customs territory, otherwise the bid will be denied. The Bidder must provide the Supplier Intellectual Property Statement. The template is shown in Attachment 4. Various qualification certificates must be provided: For domestic bidders: ①Business License or Certificate of Legal Person of Public Institutions; ②Valid ISO * Quality Management System or other similar quality management system certification of the bidder or Goods’ manufacturer; For foreign bidder: ①Business Registration. ②Valid ISO * Quality Management System or other similar quality management system certification of the bidder or Goods’ manufacturer.
