简要规格描述或项目基本概况介绍、用途：为了推广无人机实时巡逻监控在城管执法系统的应用，采购人拟利用无人机数据采集服务开展五违四必拆长效综合监管工作， (略) 域实施图像数据采集及督查巡检工作。本项目拟通过公开采购的方式，选取一家合格的供应商，提供综合执法无人机飞行辅助服务（外环内）。（具体详见第三章采购需求书）
Brief specification description or basic overview of the project: In order to promote the application of UAV real-time patrol monitoring in the urban management law enforcement system, the purchaser intends to use UAV data collection services to carry out long-term comprehensive supervision of five violations and four must be demolished, and implement image data collection and supervision and inspection in designated areas. This project intends to select a qualified supplier to provide integrated law enforcement drone flight assistance services (in the outer ring) through public procurement. (For details, please refer to Chapter 3 Procurement Requirements).
合同履约期限：本项目预算服务期限为1年，日期为2025年1月1日起到2025年12月31日止。（本次采购工作完成前由临时服务单位继续履行服务，如本次中标人非临时服务单位，在此期间所产生的服务费，待项目采购完成后由中标人按中标价折算支付给临时服务单位相应的服务费用。）本项目采取招一续二的形式，对工作质量考核达标的中标人可以续标，服务期限合计不超过三年，即合同一年一签，最长不超过三年，具体以合同签订日期为准。
