3.Qualification Requirements For Bidder

Qualifications or Performance：A.The bidder must be the good’s manufacturer (integrator) or the agent directly authorized by the goods’ manufacturer (integrator). If the bidder is an agent, the original or copy of manufacturer authorization of this project must be provided, otherwise the bid will be rejected. B.Certification Documents: 1. For domestic bidders: ① The business license or the corporate legal person certificate with the unified social credit code shall be provided, and the registered capital/start-up capital shall be no less than RMB 2 million or equivalent foreign currency; ② The bidder or the manufacturer shall provide valid ISO * quality system authentication certificate or equivalent quality system authentication certificate of its own or the manufacturer of the proposed goods; ③ Description of major litigation (see Appendix 3 of this chapter for format, affixed with the official seal of the Bidder); ④ The Bidder shall provide official record that it's not been included in the list of "Credit China" untrustworthy executors *** ) (Inquiry record from "Credit China" shall be provided, affixed with the official seal of the Bidder). C.Performance Requirements: In the last * years (from * to now), the Bidder and/or the Manufacturer of the Bidding Product shall have a performance of manufacturing and/or selling not less than 2 sets of the same specification or similar equipment meeting the requirements of bidding and provide a list of performance (It shall list the sales time, sales quantity, equipment name, equipment model and end user, etc.), and provide copies of sales contracts for at least 2 sets or sales orders as proof materials in the last * years (from * to now).
