3)technical specifications：1) Equipment structure shall ensure to have adequate dynamic and static strength, rigidity, stability and high precision, adopt advanced technologies, the system is equipped with fine dynamic qualities, executing modules of the chosen system is high in precision, fine in reliability, strong in capacity of resisting disturbance, and fast in response speed. 2) Equipment must be equipped with advanced design and manufacture levels of the recent years of the same industry, and adopt new techniques, new materials and new technologies (proprietary technologies). 3) Equipment must be equipped with high reliability in quality, fine properties for operation and maintenance, and could work continuously in stable state, and must comply with relative environment protection and safety standards of China. 4) Measurement, experimental control and data storage and processing of test pieces shall be fully computerized, and data shall be safe, reliable and movable. 5) The supplying side shall be equipped with qualifications of designing and manufacturing this equipment, and shall be responsible for equipment quality, use properties, integrity of supply, installation, testing, training and after-sales service. 3.2 Main Composition and Technical Requirements Technical requirements include: 1）△Dimension of test pieces: Length: ≥200mm, width≥60mm, thickness: 0.8-2.0mm 2）△Temperature scope: 50℃～1100℃ (Max temperature: 1150℃) 3）Atmosphere of gas: N2 4）△Heating manner: Parabolic reflection infrared radiation heating manner 5）△Maximum heating speed: 30/sec（100℃～1000℃） 6）△Cooling manner and cooling speed: Slow cooling: -10℃/sec（average cooling speed during 1000℃～500℃） Rapid cooling: -70℃/sec（average cooling speed during 1000℃～400℃） 7）△Soaking precision: During thermal insulation: Δ10℃（when 800℃, keep after 10s） During heating: ±15℃（during 100℃～800℃, 10℃/s.） During rapid cooling: Δ40℃（during thermal insulation at 400℃ after Gas Jet cooling, keep after 10s）;
