Project Measures: This project aims to improve forest structure, quality and productivity of wood (bamboo) by using close-to-nature forest management concept of Germany in order to enhance the capacity of coping with climate change, realize the harmony and unity of ecological benefits and economic benefits of forest, and promote the upgrading and sustainable development of forests in Hunan province.

7. The prequalification of experienced Consultants is subject to the regulations contained in the Guidelines for Assignment of Consultants in Financial Co-operation Projects“ (see www.k *** ). The contract will be awarded to an independent Consultant firm with: i) proven experience in the similar forest quality monitoring and consultation service project in China and, ii) a minimum annual turnover of EUR 670,000.00 (Balance sheet and profit and loss account of the last three years- year 2014, 2015, 2016).
