3.Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance：A. The bidder must be manufacturer or agency for this project authorized by the manufacturer , the formal letter of authorization and after-sale service warranty from the original manufacturer must be provided if the agency acting as the bidder, otherwise the bidding will be rejected 1) For domestic bidder, in case the bidder is a manufacturer, his registered capital/initial capital shall be no less than RMB 8 million or other currencies of the same amount; In case the bidder is an agent, his registered capital/initial capital shall no be less than RMB 3 million or other currencies of the same amount (the currency shall be converted according to the spot exchange selling price of foreign currency against RMB first published by the head office of the Bank of China on the bid opening date). 2）Overseas bidder shall provide valid business registration/business certificates. If the products provided by the bidder are from the outside of People’s Republic of China, then the bidder must be the future contracting party with the tenderee if winning the bidding. The bidding will be rejected if the bidder fail to have to qualification to sign a foreign trade contract. The overseas bidder must have qualification for RMB settlement if parts of the products are from domestic market, otherwise the bidding will be rejected.
