3.Qualification Requirements For Bidder | ||||||||
Qualifications or Performance:(1)Bidders are legal persons or other organizations who participate in bidding, possessing independent legal personality and ability of contractual signature; (2)Bidders shall be consultancy companies from within the People’s Republic of China and all countries/areas which have regular trade relations with PRC; (3)Bidder must have at least 3 or more than 3 international or China’s consulting service experience in German promotional loan projects or German loan projects for hospital or medical equipment in the past 3 years (2014 ~ 2016) (project time is based on the date of signing of consulting contract). Bidder shall provide the consulting agreement as document evidence; (4)Bidders shall be legally and financially autonomous, if they operate under relevant law, and if they are not a dependent agency of the Tendering Agency and the PEA; (5)Bidders have no law breach records and limitation for bid in the past 3 years ( *** ) (Bidders shall provide related declaration document in its bid with no fixed format).
