1)Requirements of Bidder’s qualification：(1)The bidder must have similar equipment design and supply performance in the past 3 years. (2)Similar equipment has been successfully put into operation. (3)The bidding equipment belongs to the C122 line Pickling section and automation revamping project. The bidder shall complete the technical exchanges and sign the technical appendix with the tenderee within 5 days before the bid opening, and take the technical appendix as a part of bidding document(technical exchange please contact with Ms. Zhou, Tel: *** ). If the bidding documents are inconsistent with the original appendixes, the technical appendix shall be revised according to the tendering document. The amendment shall be confirmed with the tenderee before bidding. (4)If the bidder is an agent, it must have the manufacturer's unique certificate of authorization for the project and provide it in the bidding documents.
