1、招标技术规范“6.13 reactor oil”要求“Acceptable oils are NYNAS Nitro 10 XNor equivalent.”与“6.13 Reactor Oil

The insulation oil shall be new uninhibited naphtenic based mineral oil free from additives. It shall be acid refined with properties complying with IEC 60296 and DIN 51554 with regard to Baader test values (subject for approval).” 相矛盾
