3.?项目概况：中化 (略) 100万吨/年乙烯及炼油改扩建项目35万吨/年PP装 (略) 拥有的气相流化双反应器聚丙烯（UNIPOL?）工艺，以乙烯裂解装置的聚合级丙烯、乙烯、氢气为原料生产均聚、无规共聚及抗冲共聚聚丙烯颗粒。本次招标物资为Grace专利的PP装置中1套挤压造粒机，为本装置长周期设备。
*3.?对投标人的资质业绩要求：
1)?投标人具有有效的营业执照（国内投标人）/企业经营许可证明文件（国外投标人），需提供相应证明复印件；
2)?投标人必须是制造商，本项目不接受代理商投标；
3)?投标人2008年以来，具有3套30万吨/年及以上PP装置每小时挤出量48吨/时及以上的挤压造粒机使用业绩( (略) 时间超过1年)。请提供相关的业绩表（标明型号、用户名称、 (略) 在地、投用时间、装置规模等），并出具销售合同关键页或最终验收证明复印件或其他证明文件；

1. Entrusted by SINOCHEM Quanzhou Petrochemical Co., Ltd. (Tenderee), SINOCHEM International Tendering Co., Ltd. (Tendering Agent) invites sealed bids by international competitive from eligible bidders for the supply of and one set of Pelleting Syetem(2556-Y-7001) for 350 KMTA PP Plant.（Details shall be found in Section 8 Schedule of Requirements and Technical Specifications）
2. Interested Potential bidders may obtain further information and refer to Bidding Documents from SINOCHEM International Tendering Co., Ltd.
3. Project overview: 350 KMTA PP Plant of Sinochem Quanzhou 1000 KMTA Ethylene and Refinery Revamping Project adopts the Gas phase fluidized double-reactor system（UNIPOL?）process owned by grace technology company，Polypropylene particles are produced from polymerized propylene, ethylene and hydrogen in ethylene plant. This tendering material is a set of the Pelleting Syetem in grace patent PP device, which is a long period equipment for this device.
*4.Qualification requirements to the bidders:
1) The bidder shall has an effective Business License(domestic bidders) or Business Registration(foreign bidder), the bidder should provide the corresponding photocopy.
2) The bidder shall be the Goods’ manufacturer, agent shall not be accepted under this bidding project;
3) Since 2008, The Bidder shall have manufactured three sets of Pelleting System(which can produce 48 tons per hour or above.) of 300 KMTA or above PP Plant, which has been running steadily for at least 1 year.
Bidder shall submit a relative reference list (indicating the model, user's name, user's location, start-up date, plant capacity etc.). Such as key contract pages photocopy, final acceptance certificate photocopy or other supporting documents etc. shall be submitted also.
4) The bidder should provide a bank reference letter in original or its copy issued by their account banks within 3 months prior to the time of bid opening;
5) The bidder have no bad performance record or serious quality problems in China for the latest 3 years, and issuing the corresponding situation description.
6) The joint bidding shall not be accepted under this bidding project.
5. Interested bidders may purchase Bidding Documents at the place hereafter from Apr., 5th, 2018 to Apr., 12th 2018 during 9:00AM–4:00PM (Beijing time) upon non-refundable payment of RMB 2000 or USD 300 for each complete set of bidding documents. Bidders that fail to fill out the purchase record of the Bidding Documents shall be rejected.
